the booth, cardboard c.a.r.t.s & some of the designs by the artists-in-residence
 c.a.r.t. is offering its first round of residencies in the form of compact c.a.r.t.s at D!verseWorks Art Space in Houston, TX as a part of their State Fair exhibition.
throughout the exhibition, small cardboard versions of c.a.r.t. will be available to attendees to create, install, design or collaborate within. the artists have the choice of completing their c.a.r.t. that day or taking it with them to finish and return at a later date. for those wishing to conclude their residency while at the fair, various arts supplies will be made available. upon completion, the resident artists will be given the opportunity to exhibit their mini trailers as a part of the compact c.a.r.t. booth. the exhibition runs from september 9 - october 29, 2011, so come visit us and receive your very own compact c.a.r.t. residency and show within our show!
